We make cheese in Wisconsin, the land of "cheeseheads" and decendents of the finest cheesemakers in the world. We take great pride in bringing you that simple, pure and old fashioned cheese. Our motto is that "If you can't spell it or pronounce it, it's not in our cheese!" Read the ingredient list - simple- milk, Kosher enzymes, salt. No preservatives, additives, chemical alternates, etc. Just the basics.
We milk the cows, make the cheese and package the products, all under strict Rabbinical Supervision, ensuring you of the highest Kosher ingredients and cleanliness.
We make pizza too! Our 47th Street Pizza is all natural, gourmet, and artisan made by hand from the crust, sauce and cheese! Be sure to try some.
