
Mitzva Farms is all about Kosher Artisan Wisconsin Cheese. We're not the biggest, nor are we the cheapest cheese on the market. But we try to be the freshest, and most delicious.

About Health and Cleanliness
Cheese begins with quality milk. Our dedicated "Cholov Yisroel" herd of tein cows, is well cared for, healthy, and contented. You can see from the photos that they are clean, well fed, and observant (especially under the Supervision of the Mashgiach at the farm).

About Milking Cows
Milking three times a day is painless and quick. Modern milking machines ensure a comfortable clean environment and quality milk.

Born on the Farm
Born on the farm, we raise our own calves to ensure health and great bloodlines. Our heifers are bred from the finest Holstein sires and dams.

The final block of Cheese
Milking, transport, pastuerizing, and making cheese, finaly ends in a quality block of cheese. This makes the farmer, cheesemakers, and Rabbis happy!
